All prints in my shop are Instant Download digital files. I do not accept any refunds after purchase.

How long will it take to receive my purchased files?

You can access your purchased files immediately after completing the purchase. The option to download will be available on the order confirmation page instantly, and you'll also receive a download link in your email.

What file formats are the digital downloads available in?

Our digital downloads are available in JPEG format.

What type of paper should I use to print?

For the best print results, we recommend using high-quality, heavyweight or cardstock paper. A smooth or matte finish paper is often preferred for art prints, but the specific paper type depends on your desired look and feel.

Can I request a custom order or personalized design?

Can I change the colors on the designs to match my preferences?

Can I get artwork in a different size than the size ratios provided?

Yes! Contact us if you need artwork in a size different than the size ratios provided. We are able to create a custom size.

How many times am I able to download my files?

You have unlimited access to your files. However, our digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads?
